Instagram has been updated to version 4.1 and the biggest new feature that everyone will be interested in is the one that allows you to import any video from your phone to the site. You have tools to edit the video so that only the best parts are displayed, for instance, you can crop the clip so that the it is focused on the action.
The original update brought video support to Instagram and required Android users to have a device running Android 4.1 or higher. This update will enable Instagram video use for Android phones powered by Ice Cream Sandwich.
If you have the iOS version of Instagram you can now straighten your pictures with a single tap on the screen. Let’s say you use the in-app camera and then tap on the Straighten icon. Your photo will become level automatically. For pictures taken with the camera on the phone, or pictures from your gallery, you can use a sliding scale that will adjust how level you want the picture to be. This is a nice set of features. The update is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
