Huawei has unveiled its latest smartphone called the Ascend G600. This new smartphone runs Android 4.0 and looks impressively thin. It has a 4.5-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 960 x 540. That big-screen should be impressive for media playback.
The phone runs a QUALCOMM 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU. Power comes from a 1930 mAh lithium polymer battery that can be charged fully in four hours. The phone will power up in 5 seconds and be ready to use. The rear camera is an eight-megapixel unit with autofocus and phone has dual speakers with DTS surround sound.
The battery is good for 15 days of standby time. The phone has Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, DLNA, and 768 MB of RAM. Onboard storage is 4 GB and the phone has a microSD card slot supporting cards up to 32 GB. The phone will ship in September at an undisclosed price in black and white models within select markets.
