We are expecting to see quite a few interesting smartphones at next months Mobile World Congress 2012 which takes place in Barcelona, and have already seen a few leaked devices from a range of different manufactures.
Now it would appear that Huawei intends to launch a new range of smartphones which are aimed at the higher end of the market and will be called the Huawei Diamond Series.
Huawei has done well so far with its budget range of Android devices, and now the company is obviously looking to expanded it devices into the more expensive Android smartphone market.
The new Huawei Diamond Series Android device will look to compete with the like of the new Samsung Galaxy S3 and the HTC Edge, and we suspect we will see similar specifications to hat of the recently announced Huawei Ascend P1.
It will be interesting to see what Huawei comes up with and whether the company is able to compete at the higher end of the market with manufacturers like Samsung, HTC and Motorola.
