Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto series is one of the most popular gaming franchises around, so I think it is safe to assume that the company won’t be stopping these games any time soon. They make a lot of money.
The previous title, Grand Theft Auto 5, was very successful for the company and it shipped more than 80 million units since it was launched on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Now, according to a new report, Rockstar may have started development on Grand Theft Auto 6.
Apparently stuntman Tim Neff recently updated his iStunt resume and one of the latest projects listed on it mentions that he has been working on “Grand Theft Auto VI (6),” which must refer to the next-generation GTA title. Fans will know that this isn’t the first time that GTA 6 has been rumored and none of us will be surprised when it eventually makes GTA 6 official.
Stunt actors are used during the development of a game like Grand Theft Auto for motion capture. Just like actors in movies and TV shows, there are some stunts and action sequences that they can not do, so professional stuntmen are called in for the job. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed anything about GTA 6 yet, but we are all waiting anxiously for news.
