Do you have little ones running around the house getting into things they should not? If so and you were hoping that Google’s Chrome browser would offer some parental control, you may get your wish soon.
This is according to the latest Chrome developer build. It looks like there are aspects of the feature that have already found their way into the browser. They just aren’t working yet. Chrome users will be able to set up multiple accounts on a single computer, and they don’t have to be connected to a Google profile, which is a bonus.
Each account will have its own bookmarks and histories depending on the user. And some accounts can be set up to oversee other accounts and choose what sort of websites to filter. It sounds great for parents with kids on a laptop. We don’t know when this will show up, but it is in development.
