Ubisoft announced Far Cry Primal a few months back, in October. This is the latest addition to the company’s popular Far Cry franchise. The console version hits next month with it arriving on PC a month later in March. You might guess from the name that this installment takes players back to the Stone Age, which should make things interesting to say the least.
If you want to play it on PC, we have some news for you. Ubisoft has confirmed the Far Cry Primal specs today. Now you will know what you need to play the game flawlessly.
Minimum specs include an Intel Core i5-550 or AMD Phenom II X4 955 or similar processor with at least 4GB RAM and 20GB hard disk space. You’ll also need a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5770 or equivalent graphics card, 64-bit versions of Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
Ubisoft’s recommended specs for Far Cry Primal include Intel Core i7-2600K or AMD FX-8350 or similar processor with 8GB RAM and 20GB storage. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon R9 280X or similar graphics card is also required.
Far Cry Primal will arrive on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 23rd. It will be available on PC on March 1st, 2016.
