These days we certainly have a lot of ways to work out at home, but if you’re looking for another, Fitbit has launched its Coach fitness app for Microsoft’s Xbox console. So gamers who own the Xbox console will be able to use the app to get in some workouts between gaming sessions. That should counter all of those gaming marathons that had you on the couch.
The app will introduce video workouts to users and you will be able to follow guided exercise routines on your TV. It will also offer tips, motivation, and your routine will evolve based on the your plan, goals, and feedback. Fitbit will also introduce new workouts to help keep things fresh and interesting for you.
You can choose from two options. The basic option is free and will give users access to one personalized program and also a selection of audio and video workouts. A Fitbit Coach Premium subscription will unlock more programs and features, and will be priced at $39.99 a year, which is much cheaper than paying for a personal trainer. This will help you get healthier. The app is available for the Xbox One, One S, and One X, but it is also expected to eventually hit Windows PCs too.
