Fallout 4 is the latest in the Fallout series and it proved to be just as awesome and popular as it’s previous entries. If you’ve completed the game, you might want to experience it in VR. Soon you will be able to.
During E3 2016, Bethesda’s Pete Hines revealed that the game will be released on the HTC Vive in 2017. This isn’t just some demo of the game, as in just to show off the virtual reality technology. This is the actual full-fledged release of Fallout 4 for the HTC Vive. You will get to experience the game in its entirety all over again in a virtual reality setting. In a whole new way.
Bethesda also revealed that playable demos of Fallout 4 and DOOM in VR would be available, but the company did not say whether or not DOOM will also be released in VR. These games are going to be very interesting in VR.
There was no mention of Fallout 4 launching on the Oculus Rift or the Sony PlayStation VR, so it looks like it may be exclusive to the HTC Vive. I guess we will find out if that is the case soon enough. I can’t wait to see how it plays in VR.
