If you enjoy dining out regularly, Facebook has rolled out a new update for its app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The update has full OpenTable integration, so users can now make restaurant reservations from within the Facebook app itself.
You will no longer have to leave the app, or launch a different app for restaurant reservations. There’s also hashtag search support. If you want to make restaurant reservations through the new Facebook iOS app, you just need to visit the Facebook Page of the restaurant you want and then choose the date and time.
Tell them the number of people that will make up the party and then the app will display a list of available reservations. Reservations can only be made at restaurants participating with OpenTable in the U.S.
