We have featured a number of different electric powered cars here at Geeky Gadgets, but is think this may be the first electric powered car ferry, which has been developed by Seimens and Norwegian shipyard Fjellstrand.
The electric powered car ferry will measure 80 meters long and will be capable of carrying up to 120 cars and 360 passengers, and will start carrying passengers in 2015.
The ferry will be powered by batteries, which will be recharged in breaks between crossings, and will apparently take just 10 minutes to recharge the ferry ready for its next journey.
