You were probably very addicted to Flappy Bird by the time Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen decided to pull the game from app stores because of its “addictiveness”. Many people felt the same way. That’s why phones with Flappy Bird installed were going for almost six figures on eBay recently.
Many aimed to sell that Apple iPhone 5s that they installed Flappy Bird on, pay the non-subsidized price for a new phone, and have enough money left to spend on other fun things. Well, sadly for you, there is now a site that allows you to play Flappy Bird using the browser on your phone or tablet, thanks to HTML5. And it is completely free. Sadly again for you, eBay has canceled all of the auctions and sales of phones and tablets with Flappy Bird on them. It just isn’t meant to be my friend.
There is a requirement that eBay has in force for phones and tablets being auctioned on the site. Such devices must be restored to factory settings before getting listed. And that is why the auctions have been canceled. So you won’t be making crazy money on your phone.
