Since the Nintendo Switch game cards are basically memory cards, it means that there is a limited amount of storage. So gamers who purchase the physical copy of games usually find themselves having to download additional files when the game is installed. This is kind of a pain and we wish that we could just get playing right away.
The good news is that if you were planning on getting the physical copy of Diablo 3 for the Nintendo Switch, the game is ready to go out of the box, assuming that there are no patches on launch day. This news was confirmed by PC Mag who revealed that Blizzard has managed to fit all of Diablo 3 into the game card. Great news for fans. Now you can play right away.
Diablo 3 for the Nintendo Switch will basically come with everything that Blizzard has launched to date. This will include a copy of the original game, along with the Reaper of Souls expansion pack, the Rise of the Necromancer DLC, and some additional Nintendo Switch exclusive content like in-game pets and armor skins.
Blizzard has not yet given us a specific release date for the game, but it will launch in the fall of 2018. Nice!
