Gamers get pretty agitated when they get locked out of their account. It can take days or weeks to get things straightened out. One gamer in China was locked out of his account for an online game titled Dream Three Kingdoms Online instead of waiting, he impersonated the local authorities to get his account back. Spoiler alert! It didn’t end well.
This ultimately led to his arrest on charges of forging an official document and an official seal. The problem was that the man, Zou, purchased the account from another player. He was not the original owner of the account, and one of the requirements was that local authorities had to verify that he was the owner.
So Zou forged a letter and an official seal. Unfortunately a typo gave him away and the authorities managed to track him down. We aren’t sure what the punishment will be. He should have been patient.
