If you are still rocking the last gen consoles, we have some bad news for you. As you might expect, the next Call of Duty will not be arriving on that old console. Infinite Warfare will be a no show on the PS3 and Xbox 360. Not that we ever thought it would show up for these systems.
The game was announced for the PC as well as the PS4 and the Xbox One. The folks at Infinity Ward (the developers of the game) have confirmed that Infinite Warfare will not be arriving for either Sony PS3 or the Xbox 360. It seems obvious, but they just wanted to make that clear.
If this game had arrived a year or so ago, it might have a chance of hitting those consoles, but today developers are leaving those old consoles in the dust. In all likelihood they couldn’t if they wanted to since the game is too high tech for those old consoles. You guys are either going to have to upgrade or go back to playing an older Call of Duty title. There’s nothing else you can do about it.
It is sad, but time marches on and new consoles get the good stuff.
