The launch for RIM’s BlackBerry 10 is just a few weeks away, and while we’ve gotten a few tidbits here and there, we haven’t had a firm date, even though all the major carriers in the U.S. and Canada have confirmed their support for BB10.
However, according to a leaked image that is making the rounds, RIM’s first BB10 device could arrive in Canada as early as February 28th. That’s right around the corner. The image above shows the details of the yet to be named BlackBerry 10 device and we can see that it is heading to Bell Canada. Great news for our Canadian readers.
It also shows the price which is $799.99. The image comes from Best Buy Canada’s internal inventory system. BGR contacted RIM for a statement and they apparently responded, “We understand that there is a lot of excitement for BlackBerry 10. We will launch the platform on January 30th and until then we won’t comment on speculation.”
