EA’s Battlefield V will release on October 19th and if you’re interested in checking out the game before then, you’ll be happy with this news. EA has confirmed that the open beta for the upcoming game will be taking place this September. It is an open beta so that means that anyone who is interested in checking it can do so without buying the game.
EA says, “There will be several more tests of Battlefield V – internal and external – before the October launch, and we will be using our learnings from the first Alpha to test further and fine-tune the experience. There will be a new build of Battlefield V at Gamescom, too, and then there is the Open Beta in early September to look forward to. Thanks again for helping us make Battlefield V the best it can be.”
We don’t know exactly when in September the open beta will be launching, but that’s the info that we have right now. EA also talked about how the closed alpha testing went, and also talked about some of the areas that might need tweaking and balancing, etc. Battlefield V is expected to be available on the Xbox One, PS4, and the PC. I know that there are many readers who just can’t wait for this beta.
