We now have the PC system requirements for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed title. The minimum and recommended PC specifications for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey have been unveiled by Ubisoft. The PC version of the title is being developed by a dedicated team at Ubisoft Kiev who is working with the main development team for Odyssey at Ubisoft Quebec. The PC team is working on its version separately for a “tailored experience”. That sounds interesting. Let’s hope they can deliver.

The minimum system requirements include an Intel Core i5 2400, Ryzen 3 – 1200 or AMD FX 6300 processor with 8GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 285 graphics card or higher. You’ll also need 46GB of hard drive space. You will hopefully get 720p resolution at 30 frames per second with these specs.

The recommended specs for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey include an Intel Core i7-3770 or Ryzen 5 – 1400 or AMD FX-8350 processor with 8GB of RAM. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290X or better graphics for 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second.

If you want to run the game at 4K resolution you’ll need a stronger setup with components like the Intel Core i7 7700 processor with a GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 5th. We don’t have long to wait.
