It looks like more TV content could soon be headed to the Apple TV. According to a recent report, Apple are close to signing a deal with Time Warner Cable.
The Time Warner Cable app on the Apple TV will probably offer the same sort of experience that is available in the Roku set top box, which gives users access to 300 live TV channels.
Apple recently announced that HBO Go and WatchESPN would launch on their Apple TV, and now with the reported Time Warner Cable deal, the Apple TV will have even more content.
We suspect that Apple are trying to add as much content as possible to their Apple TV set top box, before they unveil their new Apple HDTV which is rumored to launch either at the end of this year or some time next year.
