Apple has apparently been negotiating with the major record labels for its new web radio service, and it is expected to come in the form on an app that will be pre-installed on Apple’s iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad.
According to the NYT, this new web radio service from Appl would use the company’s iAD platform to deliver advertising, there are no details as yet on when the service may launch.
