Geniatech, a Shenzhen-based electronics company, has launched a new Android TV set-top box designed to bring Android 2.2 Froyo to your HDTV. But don’t confuse this new device with Google TV, which is a completely different system altogether.
The new Android TV device is powered by an Amlogic 1GHz Cortex A9 CPU and offers 512MB of RAM, 2GB of internal storage, up to 32GB of SD storage, as well as a USB port for connecting an external USB hard drive.
