If you have been following Xbox One news very closely you know that Amazon had released a last batch of Xbox One Day One pre-orders, which comes with a guarantee that the console will be delivered to you on November 22nd, the day that Xbox One is finally released. That’s pretty sweet.
To refresh your memory, the Day One units come with a commemorative controller, premium packaging and a code to unlock the Day One achievement. Even though most retailers have sold out of their launch day stock, Amazon had a few more so they offered customers a last chance to get their pre-orders in as soon as they opened yesterday at 8 a.m. EDT.
We don’t know how many units it had to sell, but they had already sold them all by yesterday evening. If you snooze you lose. The last batch of Xbox One Day One units has now been sold out from Amazon. If you didn’t pre-order you will just have to wait. Or you can try a Microsoft Store on launch day. The company has confirmed that Microsoft Stores will have extra Xbox One units on November 22nd. How many is anyone’s guess. Hopefully you have yours reserved though.
