Amazon may not have an online TV streaming service of it’s own, but it has the next best thing, which is known as Amazon Channels. It allows you to subscribe to major networks that you may want to check out.
And so the company has announced that Amazon Prime members can now subscribe to HBO Now and Cinemax through Amazon Channels. The subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis and you are free to cancel at any time without having to worry about any additional charges. This might make it easier for some to subscribe to these networks and check out what they are offering for themselves.
An HBO subscription costs $14.99 per month and gives you access to all HBO shows as well as its library of on-demand content and of course movies. Subscribers can stream HBO whenever they want without having a cable package. This is the same price as a standalone HBO Now subscription which offers the same exact thing.
Amazon Prime members can also subscribe to Cinemax via Amazon Channels for $9.99 per month. You will find some of the most popular titles as well as its own original series like Outcast, Banshee, Strike Back, and others.
