Amazon’s two-hour Whole Foods Market delivery is now available in Los Angeles for free, but it’s still only for Prime subscribers of course. If you’re a member and live in the greater Los Angeles or Orange County area, you can take advantage of the free service by purchasing Whole Foods items from Prime Now’s website or the Prime app for Android and iOS.
Yes, Whole Foods has a delivery service of its own, but you have to pay a fee for every single order. That gets expensive. As long as you already pay for Prime membership, Amazon’s option is a much better deal that will save you some money. You may remember that Amazon launched the service in select Austin, Cincinnati, Dallas and Virginia Beach neighborhoods in February. Now, it’s available in seven cities and it will continue to expand to more across the US because people seem to love it.
You can order your typical fresh produce, meat, and seafood, as well as alcohol through Prime Now, plus much more. Just realize that you can only put in a request for delivery between 8AM and 10PM. If you need food at other times, you’ll have to go somewhere else.
