If you’ve been meaning to pick up a streaming media player from Amazon now is a great time. That’s because the company has cut the Fire TV’s price. It’s not a sizable slash in price, but it may be enough to entice you.
If you want to get the most bang for the buck, this is a great deal. All Amazon Fire TV 2 bundles have been discounted by Amazon.
It makes a lot of sense that Amazon has cut the Fire TV’s price, even though it has been selling the devices for awhile. The streaming media player market is a bit more crowded today after all, with companies like Roku and Xiaomi offering new devices that support 4K for less money. Likely the upcoming holiday season played a factor as well. They want Fire TV streaming media players to sell well during the holiday season for bragging rights. So it does make sense.
All Amazon Fire TV 2 bundles have a price cut of $10. This doesn’t apply to the new Fire TV Stick, however. This only brings down the cost of the Fire TV 2 bundle, antenna bundle, and the gaming edition to $90, $100, and $130. Not a lot, but it is better than nothing.
