Texting and driving is stupid and dangerous. Is that text really worth your life? You would think that teenagers are the worst offender when it comes to this, but it turns out that adults are the real danger here according to a new report.
According to a survey conducted by AT&T, nearly 50 percent of adults admitted they have texted while behind the wheel, compared to 43 percent of teenagers who took the same survey. 98 percent of them admitted that the act was wrong, but still couldn’t help but do it anyway.
60 percent of them said they weren’t texting and driving three years ago, which is interesting. What happened in the past three years to change things? Better apps and unlimited texts maybe.
