Earlier this month, Samsung added a bunch of new tablets to its portfolio which also includes an 8.4-inch Galaxy TabPro, including a budget Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.
It seems Samsung is not done with it yet, and may have a bunch of more new tablets lined up to see the light of the day later this year. Recently, a mysterious tablet with a model number SM-T330 was approved by the Bluetooth SIG.
The listing on Bluetooth SIG doesn’t offer much details about the alleged tablet, but the tablet also appeared on Zauba, a logistics tracking website that lists imports/exports in India, where SM-T330 is said to have an 8-inch display and comes with a INR 33,296 value — it’s listed there as a tablet.
The details about the technical specifications of the tablet are scarce, but rumors suggest it could be the upcoming Galaxy Tab 4, which is quite possible. The tablet could launch with an AMOLED display, as there’s a word in town that Samsung might showcase AMOLED displays for tablets at the MWC 2014 and will kick off its production next month.
Let’s wait for February for the Mobile World Congress which will take place in Barcelona next month. Until then, take it with a grain of salt, and wait for Samsung to shed some light over this.
