One thing is for sure. You don’t have to be smart to use Facebook. That’s the case with a 20 year old Kentucky coal miner who was arrested this week after he allegedly siphoned gasoline from a police car. He might have gotten away with it, but he put the photo up on Facebook for the world to see.
As you can see in the photo, he is holding the hose in one hand and flipping the bird with the other. The camera was held by another not so smart human, his girlfriend, Joan Sandlin. Well, needless to say, it wasn’t long before he got caught.
He was charged with theft and spent the night in jail. He claims it was just a joke and that he and his girlfriend were bored on March 1 and were just standing there when they thought they would prank the police and take a funny picture. The police aren’t laughing.
