Samsung has launched another solid state disk drive (SSD), which is reported to be the World’s fastest, as well as that it is also the largest capacity SSD with 256GB of storage.

This 2.5 inch SATA II SSD has a read speed of 200MBps and a write speed of 160MBps, it measures 100.3 x 69.85mm and is just 9.5mm thick.

There is no word on pricing or availability as yet.
