A new dual booting tablet has been launched this week by Teclast in the form of the Teclast X16 Tablet, that offers users the option to either boot into Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 operating system, or Google’s Android 5.1 software.
The Teclast X16 Tablet is currently available to pre-order priced at $425 and is powered by an Intel Atom x7-Z8700 Cherry Trail processor supported by 8 GB of RAM and equipped with 11.6 inch for her HD display.
Other features of the dual booting tablet include connectivity via wireless 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 with an option to expand the 64 GB of internal storage using the microSD card slot to double the storage when required.
The tablet also features a 2 megapixel front facing camera for video calling, together with a 5 megapixel rear facing for video and photographs. options are also available for an optional stylus and docking connector for a keyboard although prices for these have not yet been released.
