Nokia 2520 Tablet Pulled From Sale Due To Faulty Charger

Nokia has announced that they are stopping sales of their Nokia 2520 tablet in some countries in Europe, the reason they are doing this is because there is a potential issue with the charger for the tablet.

This affects people who purchased the Nokia 2520 in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Russia, Switzerland and  the UK, there is also an issue with the travel charger, and this affects US users as well, you can see a statement from Nokia below.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Gets Android 4.4 KitKat

Samsung has already rolled out the latest Android 4.4 KitKat for a bunch of its high-end devices, and it seems the Korean OEM is turning its focus to tablets.

Sony is continuing the roll out of the Sony Xperia Z2 tablet, their latest Android tablet is now available in Malaysia, with the 16GB WiFi model retailing for RM 1,999 and the 16GB LTE model retailing for RM 2,299.

Sony Vaio Fit 11A Could Catch Fire Warns Sony, Stop Using Immediately!

Sony has this week warned that its Sony Vaio Fit 11A hybrid laptop and tablet might overheat and catch fire. Sony is now asking owners to stop using the hybrid device immediately.

Sony has sold around 25,905 Sony Vaio Fit 11A units worldwide with a majority shipping to Europe, however even with the issues, Sony has not yet issued a recall for the Sony Vaio Fit 11A device.

Microsoft Surface 2 LTE Up For Pre-order In The UK

The Microsoft Surface 2 LTE will go on sale in the UK next month, the device will be available from the 8th of May, and Microsoft is now taking pre-orders on their Windows tablet.

Google Nexus 10 Back in Stock on Google Play Store

Google Nexus 10 is definitely due for a refresh since the tablet was released earlier in 2012. Earlier this month, the tablet went out of stock, which was later changed to Coming soon on the product page on Google Play Store.
