Check out this clever iPhone document scanner, which was made Cincinnati design student Kyle A Koch, so that he could photograph documents easily with his iPhone.

The iPhone document scanner is made from cardboard, and it places the iPhone at the correct distance from the paper to photograph it.

When I got my iPhone last year I loved having everything important in one place, and the ability to get rid of unneccesary devices, documents and information i kept with me. I would frequently snap photos of class assignments printed on copy paper so I wouldn’t have to worry about losing them. The documents normally came out pretty clear, but it was tough to keep still while taking the pictures. I set out to make something that would ensure clean, consistent pictures of documents taken with the iPhone that would be free and easy to make on your own.

The guys over at Touch Arcade have received some interesting images, of what is reported to be a new iPhone gaming controller from Belkin called the JoyPod.

I would class myself as a medium to heavy user of the iPhone and by the end of the day my battery is almost gone, and I tend to use it only when I have to, if the battery life was better I would use it a lot more.
