The Motorola Cliq was announced back in September, it is Motorola’s latest Android handset, which will run Motorola’ custom UI, MOTOBLUR, and it features a 3.1 inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 480.
Other features include a 5 megapixel camera with built in auto focus, Geo Tagging and a range of imaging editing tools, There is also a slide out Qwerty keyboard, and GSM, 2G, WiFi, EDGE and GPRS connectivity.
Google [GOOG] has given confectionery code names to each of it’s Android releases and marked the occasion by placing a giant cake on it’s front lawn, previous versions have been called Android 1.5 (Cupcake), Android 1.6 (Donut), and the latest one Android 2.0 (Eclair), which Google has just placed on it’s front lawn.

Google has announced that it will be updating its Android Market, with a new version 1.6 which will bring a host of new features and make it more user friendly for Android users.

Users of Google’s Android OS have an alternative mobile web browser to use with the release of Opera Mini 4.2.
Well it looks like T-Mobile’s G1 Google Phone will have Adobe Flash running on it way before the iPhone.
Adobe has shown a working version of Flash 10 on the T-Mobile G1 Google Android phone, here’s a video of it in action.
