JVC MXSP-D240 iPod Dock

NEC Develops Battery Free TV Remote Control

NEC Electronics and Japanese company Soundpower have developed a TV remote control that works without the need for batteries.

When a user presses a button on the remote, to change the channel or turn the volume up or down a small amount of electricity is generated through vibrations, the energy is then used to power the remote and complete the desired function.

Threadless iPhone Cases

Threadless has teamed up with the guys from Griffin to produce two limited edition iPhone cases, as well as the cases they are also selling matching t-shirts with the same design.

The two iPhone cases were designed by Joe Van Etering who designed the ‘Clouds withing thunder’ iPhone case and Ross Zietz who designed the ‘Birds of a feather’ iPhone case.

Wink claims it has created the worlds smallest 16GB flash drive (as of Nov 2009). The Active Media Wink flash drive measures only 0.1 inches thick  and is available in  2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB sizes. With a  sealed protective case the drive is also waterproof.
