It’s already been decided that police don’t need a warrant to track your cellphone’s GPS signal, but what about actually seizing and searching your cellphone? Most states assume that too can be done without the need for a warrant, but the Supreme Court is now set to rule directly one way or another on two cases involving the collection of evidence through cellphone searches without warrants.
Jawbone has announced a reinvented Bluetooth headset with a name the company has used in the past. The headset is called the Jawbone Era. The new headset is small and compact and promises to be comfortable for long-term wear. The device is 42% smaller than the previous version and has a charging case that can deliver ten hours of talk time.
Hobbyists and tinkerers that require custom made enclosures for their projects might be interested in a new service called SliceCase which is currently coming to the end of its crowd funding Kickstarter campaign.

French company Laster technologies is looking to take on Google Glass with their new Laster SeeThru smart glasses, the company if funding the project for these new augmented reality smart glasses through Kickstarter.
According to Laster Technolgies, the SeeThru is the first genuine augmented reality glasses device, and it uses your smartphone as the See Thru’s processor, the two devices are connected using Bluetooth.
Sony are launching the Sony Xperia Z1 with South Korea’s SK Telecom, the handset will retail for KRW 749,000 which is around $700 US dollars, the Sony SmartWatch 2 will retail for KRW 219,000, which is around $200.
NetZero has announced a significant expansion of its pre-paid mobile data offering via the Sprint network. NetZero has announced that it has rolled out its Mobile Broadband service across the entire Sprint 3G network. That makes the broadband service available nationwide. The rollout of the nationwide service comes after Sprint and NetZero signed a 5-year agreement to offer NetZero mobile Broadband via the Sprint network in July of 2013.

The Samsung Gamepad will let you attach your Android smartphone to the device, and it works with smartphones up to 6.3 inches.
Bowers & Wilkins has announced a new limited edition version of their popular P5 headphones. The new headphones are a tie up with the Italian automaker Maserati. There isn’t much to differentiate these headphones from the normal P5 offerings that have been on the market. The only real difference is the price and the Maserati trident emblems on the special edition Maserati P5 headphones.
Matrix Audio has announced a new portable Bluetooth speaker that is impressively small. The speaker is called the Qube 2. It is sized to slip into a pocket and has a strap for carrying on your wrist as well. The speaker has an aluminum enclosure and integrated tech to make the bass deeper.

The device was rumored to launch last year, although back in October, we heard it wouldn’t launch until 2014, and now Amazon has sent out invites to a press event later this month which will launch a new product that will “deliver Digital Media” in a unique way, potentially disrupting the entertainment industry.”
