T-Mobile announces the Curve 9315

Good news T-Mobile fans. T-Mobile has announced the most affordable BlackBerry in its line-up, the RIM BlackBerry Curve 9315. The QWERTY-equipped smartphone will run on the BlackBerry 7.1 OS and will have some extras, none of them anything to text home about.
This is the T-Mobile variant of the Curve 9310, which has been available with Verizon and other carriers for awhile. It features a modest 2.44″ display with QVGA resolution, 3.2MP camera with flash, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity.

Not that exciting, but maybe it’s up your alley. Pre-orders for the device will start on January 16. The phone will become available on January 23. It will be $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate card, with a two-year service agreement.
