Sony has shown a concept of its new ultra compact DSLR camera at this years PMA, the camera features a mirror less interchangeable lens system, and it will feature an APS-C sized sensor.
It looks like the ultra compact concept will be able to use the range of Sony Alpha lenses with a special adapter, which is good news if you already own a Sony DSLR.
Sony also showed off a concept model of the Alpha A700 replacement which will come with an Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor and have full AVCHD video recording capabilities.
There are no details on when we are likely to see the ultra compact DSLR hit the stores and no details on when the A700 replacement will be available.
