Sony has added two new cameras to its Cyber Shot range with the launch of the Sony Cyber Shot HX100 and the Cyber Shot HX9, and both model comes with a 16.2 megapixel EXMOR back illuminated sensor.
Both the NX100 and HX9V come with a 3 inch LCD display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, there is also image stabilization and GPS, and both models are capable of recording Full HD video in 1080/60p.
Other features which are in both models include Sony’s Panorama mode, quick autofocus. The main difference between the two cameras is that the Cyber Shot HX100 features a 30x optical zoom whilst the HX9V features 16x optical zoom.
Both the Sony Cyber SHot HX100 and the Sony Cyber Shot HX9V will go on sale in April 2011, unfortunately there are no details on pricing as yet.
