Following on from the unveiling of its new range of hardware at CES 2016 back in January of this year Samsung has now made available their new Samsung Notebook 7 Spin a convertible notebook which is priced starting from $800.
As you can see in the image above the system design incorporates a 360 degrees hinge that allows you to use the system as either a notebook or tablet. Samsung offers options for 13.3 inch or 15.6 inch displays, both of which provide users with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The convertible notebook systems are also equipped with a handy backlit keyboard and the smaller 13.3 Notebook 7 Spin is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, Intel HD graphics, and 8GB of RAM. While the larger Notebook 7 Spin is equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor which is supported by NVIDIA 940MX graphics, and up to 16GB of RAM.
On-board storage options are available up to 1TB in size and Samsung also offers optional solid state drive (SSD) installations on some of the systems in the range. The new Samsung convertible notebooks are also equipped with quick charging technology, capable of providing up to 2 hours of use from just a quick 20 minute charge. The included battery takes 90 minutes to fully charge on the larger display systems or 100 minutes on the smaller 13.3 inch notebooks.
