Roachbot, introduced earlier this year, is a remote controlled cockroach for roach lovers to scare roach haters with. It has proved popular enough to now get an “upgrade” of sorts. Japan Trust Technologies has introduced support for the iPhone and iPad.
Now you can download and install an exclusive app for your Apple phone or tablet and use your device as a controller using the touchscreen display. There is also a new feature that lets you adjust the Roachbot’s cruising speed to hit a maximum velocity and make its movement more realistic to your victims.
If that isn’t enough roach-inspired fun, a “Trim Correction Slider” lets you make slight adjustments to the Roachbots course while going straight, instead of the previous hard left and right turns. Someone is bound to smash your little bug if you aren’t careful.
