Ripple Mini PC – The Sub $150 PC
By Roland Hutchinson on Friday 18th January 2008 12:59 pm in PC Hardware
Check out the Ripple Mini PC from Korean company Ripple.

This tiny PC features an Intel Celeron M215 (1.33GHz, 512KB) with a D201 GLY Intel motherboard.

There is also 1GB of RAM, SiS 662 North Bridge and SiS 964L South Bridge.
The Ripple Mini PC is on sale in Korea for about $132, no word on whether it will be released in the US and Europe.
Add Linux to it and you have one seriously cheap PC.

looks cool and shiny. I have a black shiny shuttle case but even that’s not as tiny as this one!

This would seriously drive down the cost of serious small form factor PC’s. Add Linux to add security. I would seriously consider investing in one.
