Why do alarm clocks even have a snooze button? That defeats the whole purpose of having a clock to wake you up. Because we humans are lazy, that’s why. And too tired to be bothered. It’s just too easy to hit that snooze button and nod off again. Well, the Ramos Alarm Clock will change all of that.
This clock makes you use a defuse panel. Just set your wake up time and program a deactivation code into a portable, wireless panel that you can be place anywhere in your house. The idea is that you have to actually get up when the alarm goes off, walk to the panel and enter the code.
You will be awake and out of bed. Or your alarm clock will be thrown against the wall in a fit of anger. It will be released in August and you can reserve one at Kickstarter. The LED version is $160 while a Nixie version will cost $350.
