PXR-8 Watch By Michael Young
We have seen quite a few different geeky watches here at Geeky Gadgets, the latest one from designer Michael Young merges geeky style with a cool design, the PXR-8 Watch.
The PXR-8 Watch is made from a combination of stainless steel and black rubber, as you can see from the photos the watch strap is sandwiched between the front and back watch casings.

Made from stainless steel, with superb matt and brushed finishes, the machined case is distinguished by a softened and curved rectilinear form featuring a new custom made digital module, of larger and hence more readable display of just 4 digits.
Case machined from durable high grade stainless steel Natural brushed or matt black and matt gunmetal finishes Enhanced 50 meter / 5 atmos water resistance. New enlarged digital display with improved back lighting Black rubber strap with stainless steel buckle matching case Each watch is individually numbered and engraved with Young’s signature.
I really like the design on this one, very simple yet stylish, unfortunately there is no word on pricing or availability as yet.

What makes this a “geeky watch”? You’ve had some great geeky watches on this site in the past but this isn’t one of them. Seriously, it’s the simplest watch which seems to have a single function: telling the time. That’s fantastic and the design is great so when I’m next buying a watch this one’ll be on the shortlist. However, there’s nothing “geeky” here.
