PVC Pipe Speakers
Etsy maker and seller ikymagoo, has created a very unique pair of speakers using PVS plumbing pipes.
Each speaker pipe casing houses a 3 inch magnesium/aluminium alloy full range driver with a frequency response of 80-20,000.
The speakers 3 way binding posts are on the back and the bass port on the end of the 1-1/2 pipe/stand.
According to their creator the PVC pipe speakers are ideal for mp3 players and provide a very good sound with lots of low end bass for a small speaker.But please not you will need to have a separate amplifier or purchase a mini amplifier for ikymagoo as a bundle.
They are available for $200 and come in either white, red or yellow and are hand painted with a high gloss lacquer. Custom colours are available on request.
