Tired of lugging that amp? German audio equipment manufacturer Palmer is proud to unveil its uh, Pocket Amp that you can plug with almost anything (music-related) for instant rawk gratification.

Though ideally suited to a guitar and a trusty pair of headphones, Pocket Amp works sweet on either a PA system or CD/MP3 players. What the Pocket Amp has over most traditional rigs is the ugly feedback you get when plugging your guitar. Let’s not forget its compactness too.

As if the variety weren’t enough, the Pocket Amp allows you to choose tones for your aural pleasure be it clean, crunch or heavy amp. In case you’re wondering about those knobs, they’re for adjusting drive, level, treble and bass. Encased in die-cast aluminum housing may not look very attractive but it’s the kind of tool any dedicated musician will consider essential.
