A Reddit user named DroidTosser claims to know Verizon’s Android update schedule and has posted the images to prove it. The photos show that the HTC Rezound is scheduled to receive an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on May 9th, followed by the DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX on May 21st.

T-Mobile HTC One S Getting A Patch To Address Wifi Battery Drain
Users of the HTC One S have been experiencing problems with the battery during Wi-Fi calling. Users of the device have complained that the battery drains more quickly when using the Wi-Fi calling feature. One user said, “After 5 hours and 32 minutes on battery, screen on 66%, Internet 7%, cell standby 7%, and Wi-Fi running 3 hours and 43 minutes, I’m at a low 35% battery left,”

Acer Aspire V3 coming to Japan for $1,100
It looks like the sexy Acer Aspire V3 is headed for Japan. And it has almost everything you want. A 2.1GHz Ivy Bridge Core i7 is nice, but the screen is just 1366 x 768. Though it does have a Blu-ray player and Dolby Theater v4. That might be a deal-breaker for some, but there’s still a lot to like here.

Best Buy has announced that it is discontinuing its branded 4G wireless Internet service. The service operated under the Best Buy Connect name. The service has stopped taking new registrations.

PlayStation All-Star Battle Royale in the Works
Sony has announced it is working on a new title for the PlayStation 3 called All-stars Battle Royale. The game will feature characters from multiple PlayStation 3 games including some third-party games in addition to Sony developed first party titles. This game will be a fighting game apparently only for the PS3.
