It seems that today’s Apple special event could turn out to be quite interesting, as well some new iPods and a possible new Apple TV, it seems that Apple has signed a deal with a number of studios to allow $0.99 TV show rentals through iTunes.
According to the WSJ, both Fox and ABC have agreed to offer $0.99 TV show rentals through iTunes, which could see popular TV shows like Glee, Bones and Lie to Me being offered for the $0.99 rental price.

Swype a new method of inputting text on a touch screen device has now arrived on Symbian devices.
Swype allows you to enter a word by sliding your finger or stylus from letter to letter, you only lift your finger between words. It uses error correcting algorithms and a language model to guess the word intended.
