O2, Movistar officially launching the GSM Palm Pre in Europe

It has just been announced by Palm that O2 will sell the Pre in the UK, Ireland and Germany, while Movistar will offer it in Spain confirming rumours of O2 is Pre exclusive.

Palm didn’t release any details regarding when the Pre will be hitting Europe but speculation is that it may be in the fourth quarter of 2009.
