New WowWee Bots

Two bots which we featured back in January this year from WowWee are now available to purchase. The  humanoid called Joebot, that uses the same  hand controls as other WowWee humanoids but is now euipped with voice commands as well. The other called  Roborover can move around autonomously, avoiding obstacles, and has a guard mode that detects movement. Check out videos of both after the jump.

Roborover™ is an easy-to-use robot buddy, who is always ready to explore with you! A little shy at first, give him commands using the remote controller to help him become bolder! His personality and speech become more sophisticated the more you play with him.

Use Voice Command Control or his easy-to-operate joystick hands to interact with him! Packed with tons of features, Joebot can be your beatbox buddy; tap out a rhythm and he repeats it perfectly along with a dance! Let him roam freely in Battle Mode and blast obstacles with his hand LEDs — you can even square off with him using your own TV remote controller!
