Does this work for 1st generation Iphone? the dimensions are a little different from the current version but not by much.

Just bought one of these. How can I say this politely! Not impressed. When the case is connected to the iPhone and you hook it up to your computer, two things happen.
1. The iPhone charge indicator never comes on.
2. The iPhone warning triangle comes on and states that the Juice Pack is an unsupported device and will not sync or charge!

So Monday morning this pile of rubbish is going back.

I basically have to split the case and charge them separately, very very poor. My rating 1/10.

The Mili Powerskin does NOT have a on/off switch as you mention. The only switch is the push button to check the battery charge i.e. lights the LED’s.
