Microsoft Launches New Lifecam HD-3000 Web Camera

Microsoft have just added a new web camera to their range named the Lifecam HD-3000 equipped with a 720p HD sensor and TrueColor technology for improved  image replication.

Its been designed with social networking in mind and has been optimised to be compatible with most instant messaging services including Yahoo! Messenger, and Windows Live Messenger and of course, Skype together with AOL.

A useful included feature is the Windows Live Movie Maker. Simply start a movie project with one click, then upload widescreenvideo to social networking sites, saving you the bother of messing around with files.

Its also equipped with a 16 : 9 widescreen aspect ratio, a universal attachment base and a noise-canceling microphone.

The LifeCam HD-3000 will be available for $39.95 starting next month.
